Payment and security

How you pay, which cards we accept, and how your card data is protected.

01

Cards we accept

You can pay for a consultation with Visa, Mastercard®, Maestro® and American Express®. Debit and credit cards of these brands are accepted on equal terms.

Card details are entered in a secure form provided by Monri Payments. Doktor Plus never sees or stores your full card number — only the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry date.

Every logo links to the card scheme's own website.

02

Security of card payments

The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by the use of the latest version of TLS encryption. Pages used for online payment are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a procedure for encrypting data to prevent unauthorised access during its transmission.

This enables secure data transfer and prevents unauthorised access to data during communication between your browser and the Monri WebPay payment gateway, and vice versa. The Monri WebPay payment gateway and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is likewise protected from unauthorised access.

Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider, regulated by Visa and Mastercard rules. Card numbers are not stored by the merchant and are not available to unauthorised persons.

Doktor Plus uses the 3-D Secure security protocol, which enables additional user authentication during online card payments, ensuring a higher level of protection and transaction security through your bank's system.

Your transactions are additionally protected by Visa Secure and Mastercard® Identity Check™.

Currency and conversion

All payments are effected in Bosnia and Herzegovina convertible mark (BAM). The amount charged to your card account is obtained by converting the price into your local currency at the exchange rate of the card associations.

05

Who you pay

The health consultation service is provided, and invoiced, by the private healthcare institution/clinic shown on the doctor's profile.

BBlab Duško Bajić s.p. Banja Luka, JIB 4511441040007, is the contracting party towards the card organisations and the payment service provider, and collects the price of the consultation in the name and for the account of the clinic. The charge will appear on your card statement under the descriptor BBlab Dusko Bajic S.P. Banja Luka.

By paying through the Platform, your payment obligation towards the clinic is considered settled in full.

The payment is technically executed by Monri Payments, an authorised payment service provider. Refunds and payment complaints are processed by BBlab in the name and for the account of the clinic — see Delivery, cancellation and refunds.
