By name, specialty or clinic. If you have a QR invitation, scan it and the doctor is right there.

Describe the problem and choose message or video
Add images or a PDF. For video, you pick a 15-minute slot yourself. You see the price before you confirm.

Get an answer
The doctor replies by message or during your video slot. The answer and your documents stay in the app, with a short written summary.

Privacy and security
Exactly what we do with your data, without the big words.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Messages, files and card details are encrypted (AES-256). Files open only through private, signed links.
Servers in the EU
Your data is stored in the European Union. You delete your account in the app, and your data is removed within 30 days.
Only with your explicit consent
We process health data only with your consent, in line with the BiH ZZLP and GDPR principles.
