Follow the steps below to request deletion of your Doktor Plus account and personal data.
How to Delete Your Account
Send an email to support@doktor-plus.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include your registered email address in the body of the email so we can identify your account.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Clicking this button will open your email client with a pre-filled message.
What Will Be Deleted
When we process your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Your consultation history and messages with doctors
- Your shared photos and documents from consultations
- Your stored payment methods
Data Retention Notice
Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes. This includes financial records required for tax purposes and medical records as mandated by healthcare regulations. Such data is securely stored and used only for legal compliance.
